Identified

ShipWorks Engineers are aware of the technical issues impacting some merchants using Shopify Marketplaces. Merchants are reporting seeing an "Invalid sales_order_id." error in the software when sending shipment notifications for Shopify orders. We are actively working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as they become available to us.
